Restaurant Senior Accountant (Multi Locaton)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented to join our team as the Senior Accountant for a Company in the restaurant industry with multiple locations MUST BE PROFICIENT with Restaurant 365 Software. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in finance and hospitality to contribute to the growth of and success of our restaurants. As the Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing the financial reporting process, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

Duties

Manage the preparation of financial statements

Oversee and mange all aspects of the financials operations and financial reporting.

Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation to maintain integrity of financial data.

Prepare and present financial reports to management

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Payroll for Multiple locations

Requirements

Restaurant 365 Software proficient (R365)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience

Proven experience in corporate accounting or as a Controller/Accountant in a similar environment/restaurant accounting for multiple locations

Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation.

Proficiency in financial report writing with the ability to analyze complex financial data.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills.
