IT Systems Engineer – Microsoft 365 & Azure

Position Summary:We are seeking a hands-on IT Engineer with strong Azure and Microsoft 365 experience to support, secure, and improve our cloud and end-user technology environment. This role manages day-to-day Microsoft 365 administration, selected Azure services, escalated troubleshooting, and technical improvement initiatives in partnership with the IT Manager. The ideal candidate is technically strong, service-oriented, security-minded, and comfortable translating business needs into stable, supportable solutions.Key Responsibilities:Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).Helpdesk supportProduction Support (Experience supporting IT systems within an automotive manufacturing or production floor environment.)
