Automotive E/E Systems Engineer

Position Overview: This positions serves LEONI’s North American Development Department with design expertise to create and maintain E/E schematics in LEONI and customer’s systems.  The candidate should possess the capabilities to independently process E/E systems designs and to represent LEONI in front of our customers.  This position reports directly to our Head of Harness Design in Troy, Michigan.  Job Profile DescriptionImport electrical device and subsystem information and process into schematics (hrn/cmp/csv files) Determine inline and splice positioningCreate inline listings and pin-out Perform resistance checks to meet system requirementsCreate system level DVP&RAssist in wire harness troubleshooting for the full vehicleAssist in the performance of relevant engineering tools e.g. DFMEA, Design ReviewsSupport all customer meetings and request
