Part Time Handyman / Property Maintenance

Position consists of an individual with prior experience of (at least 4 years) of property maintenance, and able to show properties you have managed or maintained. Skill sets should mostly include: painting, drywall, flooring, light carpentry, light plumbing / electrical, (apartment repairs/ turnovers) vinyl siding and window installation is a plus etc

If you have a full-time job and looking to do some side work, this is an excellent position!

Pay is competitive with experience!

Please have your own tools and vehicle, this is a must!
