About the Position:

Looking for individual with prior experience (at least 2 years) in property maintenance. Skill sets should mostly include: painting, drywall, flooring, light carpentry, light plumbing / electrical, (apartment repairs/ turnovers) etc

The position is ideal for someone looking for part time extra hours and/or flexibility of schedule.

Benefits:

- Hourly rate of $23 to $25 per hour possibly more if advanced skills

- Must have vehicle and tools
