Maintenance Technician

Seeking Maintenance Technician for multiple buildings in the Boston area, specifically Roxbury, south end, Beacon hill and cambridge. Plenty of opportunity to grow with the company.

Compensation TBD based on experience - 1099 position

Seeking individuals with experience with the following areas:

Electrical - Basic wiring, lighting and breaker installation

Plumbing - Faucet replacements, simple connecctions

Basic HVAC troubleshooting

Window/door adjustments

Hardware installation

Sheetrock work

Framing

Willing to train the right candidate

Reliable transportation is a plus
