Maintenance Technician Needed

Large scale property management firm seeks experienced Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining our substantial real estate portfolio that spans across Greater Boston.

Tasks:

- patching drywall and painting

- repairs to hardware and cabinetry inside apartments

- maintenance of common areas including cleaning

- light carpentry

Requirements:

- must have a drivers license and an acceptable driving record

- must speak English, but bi-lingual is a plus

- must have your own tools

- demonstrate an understanding of how building systems work
