Apprentice Electrician

St Germain Electric is currently seeking a full-time apprentice. The current work load is about 80/20 commercial/residential.

About Position

· Full-time plus overtime

· Salary: $15-30/hr. based on experience

· Paid Holidays & Personal Days

· Location: Boston and Surrounding Areas

· Paid weekly

Job Requirements:

· Possess your own transportation

· Valid driver’s license

· A strong mechanical aptitude

· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

· Climb & work comfortably on ladders

· Take pride in your work

· Have all your own necessary trade related hand tools & cordless drills

· Pay attention to detail

· Have the ability to listen to and follow directions

· Willing and able to learn new things and retain new knowledge

· Self-motivated and shows initiative

· Have some electrical experience

· Electrical schooling is preferred

· Work authorization

· Pass a background check

· Must be professional and work respectfully in an office environment

· Good personal hygiene

Experience not required but a plus:

· Pipe-bending

· Tel-data

· Wire-snaking

· Wire pulling

· Old work installations

· New work installations
