Apprentice Electrician

St Germain Electric is currently seeking a full-time apprentice. The current work load is about 80/20 commercial/residential.

About Position

Full-time plus overtime

Salary: $15-30/hr. based on experience

Paid Holidays & Personal Days

Location: Boston and Surrounding Areas

Paid weekly

Job Requirements:

Possess your own transportation

Valid driver’s license

A strong mechanical aptitude

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Climb & work comfortably on ladders

Take pride in your work

Have all your own necessary trade related hand tools & cordless drills

Pay attention to detail

Have the ability to listen to and follow directions

Willing and able to learn new things and retain new knowledge

Self-motivated and shows initiative

Have some electrical experience

Electrical schooling is preferred

Work authorization

Pass a background check

Must be professional and work respectfully in an office environment

Good personal hygiene

Experience not required but a plus:

Pipe-bending

Tel-data

Wire-snaking

Wire pulling

Old work installations

New work installations
