HVAC Lead Installer

Location: Millis, Ma

Pay: $31-$37 based on experience

Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork.

Manage and guide installation teams, ensuring efficient job execution and adherence to company standards.

Work closely with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure seamless project completion.

Inspect and verify installations to ensure they meet high-quality standards and comply with local building codes.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.

Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation with a proven track record of leading installations.

Certifications: Epa and refrigeration license are both a plus

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and building codes.

Leadership: Ideal candidate has experience in a supervisory or team lead role with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
