Residential Lead Carpenter

Small high end Residential Construction company looking for a new Lead Carpenter.

Interior work consists of remodel kitchens, bathrooms, basements

Exterior work consists of decks, siding, windows, additions

Duties and experience include the following:

able to manage and complete a job from start to finish. (bonus for excellent work/time management)

able to manage helper and keep them busy

able to communicate needs such as materials needed, and hiccups that need to be addressed at the job site.

Valid license, truck and hand tools. We will supply large tools

This is a 1099 position
