JOB DESCRIPTION:

We're searching for an enthusiastic individual to manage and oversee our pop-up booth at the SOWA location in Boston during the summer season and potentially continue working through our winter event at Snowport in Seaport until December end

Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up, operating, and closing the pop-up booth each Sunday.

Ensuring booth cleanliness, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Accurate handling of cash and credit card transactions.

Participating in on-site training to become proficient in booth operations.

Demonstrating a strong passion for our jewelry and the environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous retail or sales experience is desirable.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills are necessary.

Ability to work independently and self-manage.

Reliability and dedication to our jewelry and environmental mission.

Comfortable with credit card transactions on our POS system.

LOCATION AND TIME:

SOWA Location: 540 Harrison Ave, Boston.

Hours: Sundays, 9AM - 5PM

Snowport: 88 Seaport Blvd, Boston

Dates Nov 8 - Dec 29

Times: Flexible 5 hr and 8 hr shifts

COMPENSATION:

Base pay: $160/day.

10% commission based on revenue goals.

Optional: Additional $25 for equipment pickup and $25 for drop-off at our Somerville office.

Comes to $30/hr

This role provides a valuable opportunity for supplementary income through weekend work.

SALARY: $2,400 - $2800 per month
