Hybrid Office Manager
Massachusetts, Boston, 02108 Boston USAWe are looking for an experienced and adaptable Hybrid Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our office while supporting remote team members. This role blends traditional office management duties with remote support tasks, making it ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable working in a flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations (On-site):
Manage daily operations of the physical office (supplies, equipment, facilities).
Coordinate in-office events, meetings, and visitors.
Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are met.
Liaise with vendors, building management, and service providers.
Remote/Administrative Support:
Act as a point of contact for remote employees and ensure they have the tools and resources needed.
Support scheduling and virtual meeting logistics across teams.
Maintain and organize digital files, documents, and shared calendars.
Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding logistics (both in-office and remote).
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Support internal communications and foster team connection between in-office and remote staff.
Work closely with departments like HR, IT, and Finance to manage logistics and policies.
Track office and remote inventory (laptops, monitors, ergonomic equipment).
Qualifications:
BA degree
High initiative, dynamic, professional
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role with minimum 1-2 years experience in similar role
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Comfortable with hybrid work environments and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Workspace, etc.).
Tech-savvy with experience using productivity tools (Slack, Asana/Click-up, MS Office).
Ability to work independently and proactively manage responsibilities both remotely and in-person.
Preferred:
Experience in a tech, startup, or flexible workplace environment.
Familiarity with remote work policies and tools.
Knowledge of basic HR or IT coordination is a plus.
