Job Title: Customer Service Representative with Sales and Data Entry Focus

Location: On-site, Office-Based

Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Benefits: Health and Dental Coverage (Subject to completion of 6 month probationary period)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing excellent customer service, demonstrate strong data entry skills, and have a natural talent for building rapport with customers. This position also requires an outgoing and proactive approach to cold calling for sales.

Responsibilities:

- Provide professional and friendly customer support to address inquiries and assist with needs.

- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, maintaining the integrity of customer records.

- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote products or services.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.

- Strong data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Confidence and comfort speaking with customers over the phone.

- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, in-house position requiring daily attendance at our office.
