We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager at LOLA & COMPANY to lead our customer service team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Our Customer Service Manager is the point of contact for all of our online customer orders.

Responsibilities

- Generate online customer invoices in Quickbooks daily.

- Process, pick, pack & ship all customer orders.

- Process daily customer returns & exchanges.

- Answer customer inquiries regarding products & returns, both on telephone and online.

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

- Assist in all other internal tasks as needed.

Experience

- Proven experience in a customer service management role or similar position within a retail or sales environment.

- Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

This position is full-time, onsite position Monday - Friday (no remote).
