ResponsibilitiesNoblis is seeking a cleared and experienced Systems Engineer for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Virginia and Maryland area. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community (IC) and directly contribute to the IC Systems Enterprise Architecture.Responsibilities include but not limited to:  

Conduct Technical analysis by evaluating operational needs and defining or validating operational concepts.

Developing requirements documents, transition paths, best practice guides and checklists, and engineering artifacts (e.g., use cases, operational view diagrams) to support the development, integration, implementation, or transition of systems into IC enterprise architectures.

Identify and document methodologies, approaches, interfaces, and system-level and business-level processes for components.

Perform functional decomposition of systems across domains (unclassified and classified) and build technical specifications such as system-level requirements documents and Interface-Control Documents to inform integration, security, transition, and adoption.

Work with technical engineers, program managers, enterprise architects, and other working groups to perform detailed analysis, identify gaps and opportunities, and design, develop, and deliver technical artifacts.

Perform detailed reviews and analysis of system-level interactions, data flows and interfaces and develop appropriate functional, data, component, and system-level groupings.

Lead Technical Exchange Meetings, operational/engineering checkpoints, readiness reviews, and technical evaluation exercises.

Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

Demonstrated experience working with IC Agencies.

Proven ability to work within a highly dynamic environment, often with multiple competing priorities.

Proven ability to work and communicate with senior leaders and action officers from across the IC.

Proven ability to lead, facilitate, and substantially add value to working groups or interagency project teams.

Proven ability to lead or contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated knowledge of IC systems, processes, and architectures.

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver technical analysis, alternatives, and findings, and communicate key data points to varied technical and non-technical audiences.

Mid-Level:

Requires a BS degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.

Compensation: $85,600 - $167,225

Senior-Level:

Requires a BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.

3 years of experience working with or in the IC.

Compensation: $125,500 - $196,075

SME-Level:

Requires a BS degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.

5 years of experience working with or in the IC.

Compensation: $151,700 - $237,050

Compensation will vary depending on the level of experience.Desired Qualifications
