Office Assistant - FT or PT

Capezio Contractors, Inc. is a General Contractor specializing in property damage restoration since 1996.

Looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy individual to join our "family". Tasks include (but not limited to): answering phones, setting up and updating job notes using DASH & XactAnalysis, sending & answering emails, preparing job folders, assisting Production Team as needed and general office duties.

Experience using XactAnalysis, DASH, Outlook and/or Excel are not required, but a plus.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background screening.

Full Time Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (1 hour lunch)

Part Time Hours: Monday thru Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (1/2 hour lunch)

Compensation dependent on experience.
