As a vertically integrated firm, we lead with operations by taking a hands-on approach to real estate investment and property management, incorporating data and technology with hyperlocal customer service to all units.Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the overall operational success of our residential properties, focusing on resident and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage and develop team members for personal and professional growth while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills in a challenging environment.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations of the property, ensuring high standards of performance.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
Collect rent and other property fees from residents efficiently.
Attract new residents through effective leasing administration and training of your team.
Brand the community by prioritizing curb appeal and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property and market.
Lead the leasing process by guiding the team through effective sales strategies and follow-through.
Support maintenance operations by partnering with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and an organized make-ready process.
Plan community capital improvements, repairs, contract developments, and negotiations.
Assist with accounting functions, including processing invoices, evictions, and managing resident accounts.
Work closely with vendors to ensure quality work is completed in a timely manner.
Focus on community performance metrics and goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Proven experience in property management or a related field.
Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a challenging environment.
Knowledge of property management software and relevant regulations.
