Position SummaryMachine parts to conform to blueprints/drawingsDuties and responsibilitiesThe following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons · Independently set up and operate all HMC machines· Operate machine/s while maintaining blueprint specifications· Perform stability study of gauges used· Load and edit programs as needed· Perform initial inspection when needed· Troubleshoot any issues· Assist HMC I and II with any issues· Assist with process improvement tools, such as DOE· Ability to efficiently manage work flow in a work cell structure· Maintain a clean work environment· Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations· Use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and instructed· Performs other duties as assigned by managerSupervisory Responsibilities· None
