Real Estate Leasing and Event Sales Executive

DeskLabs Flex Offices and Events Company is seeking Real Estate Leasing Agents for leasing the Offices and Booking Event Spaces for Corporate & Private Events

About the Applicants:

Four-year college degree,

Minimum 2 years of Real Estate Office Leasing or Real Estate Sales experience,

Strong verbal and written communication skills,

Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills,

Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion,

Proficient in computer skills such as MS Office and Adobe Creative Suit

Job Type: Full-time

Annual Salary: $45,000 plus leasing and sales commissions

Work Location: In person at DeskLabs in Lakeview, Chicago.

Job description/ details:

The job location is at the front office of DeskLabs during the business hours and greet members and guests with a warm demeanor,

Reply and follow up all office rental inquiries and visiting clients in accordance with DeskLabs sales policy and provide Daily Sales and Leasing Reports,

Answer any questions from members and guests related to the DeskLabs Services,

Complete Leasing and Sale Training,

Be active on the DeskLabs Member Network and built professional membership relations with the members of DeskLabs,

Write and send broadcasts relating to building updates,

Process and sort members mail and notify to the tenants and members,

Locate and issue posts via the regional system to members upon request,

Collect keys upon move-out as well as other tenant and member services,
