Operations Administrator – Chicago-Lakeview

Pay Status: Hourly (Full-time)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (with summer hours from May 30th - Sept. 30th)

Summary:

We are seeking a highly-organized individual to fill a unique and dynamic full-time administrative position. This person will work closely with the Vice President of Operations to efficiently complete a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

 Coordinate purchasing of supplies and materials used to manufacture products for Hotels & Restaurants.

 Coordinate shipping of products to Hotels & Restaurants worldwide.

 Coordinate and complete administrative operational tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

 Administrative experience preferred

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette

 A positive, “team-first” attitude and ability to work in a small office environment

 Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

 Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools

Compensation & Benefits:

 Hourly - $20.00 - $25.00 based on experience

Working Environment:

We are a small but well-known company located in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. The office is a short walking distance from the brown line and bus stop. There is also easy street parking available.
