Roles and Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Administrative Support: Provide essential support to the executive team, coordinating day-to-day tasks to ensure seamless operations.
Marketing and Data Analytics Oversight: Take charge of marketing initiatives for associated brands, including social media campaigns, email marketing, mail distributions, and event promotions. Use data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance and drive strategic decisions.
Business Development: Partner with the executive team to identify and execute growth initiatives, leveraging analytics to inform decisions and measure success.
Operational Insight: Work front-of-house shifts and assist with private events as needed to gain operational experience and understand brand dynamics.
Organizational Management: Efficiently manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel plans. Prepare agendas and document meeting minutes.
Professional Correspondence: Handle all forms of communication, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and promptness.
Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and documents. Use data to generate actionable insights, track KPIs, and support executive decision-making.
External Collaboration: Build and maintain professional relationships with external partners to support initiatives and foster growth.
Confidentiality: Exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in marketing, data analytics, or business administration is highly valued, especially within the hospitality or non-profit sectors.
Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
