Industrial Sewers - JUKI Sewing Machine

A Luggage Manufacturer of professional cases and a wide range of suitcases for businesses seeking (3) entry level Industrial Sewer (s) to join our team. Individuals must have basic knowledge of how to operate and have knowledge of using sewing machine (JUKI).

DUTIES:

Person must be able to stitch and bind operating industrial sewing machine including other tasks within the sewing department such as gluing or riveting that may require standing for long periods of time. Person will operator thick and heavy materials, must be able to stitch and bind heavy cases, be physically fit with good eye vision and hands due to heavy work material that has to be loaded onto the machine.

BASIC BACKGROUND / KNOWLEDGE:

Basic mathematical skills- read a tape measure / ruler and able to work with basic tools; screwdriver, pliers, scissors, etc.

Physically fit; Stand all day, bend, scoop, reach, and lift up to 30-50 pounds.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday and available for OT on Saturday pending on work orders

1ST SHIFT: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

PAY RATE RANGE FROM 16.20 UP TO 17.00 PENDING ON SEWING SKILL SETS AND WORK EXPERIENCES
