Senior Experience Design Lead, Design Systems

As part of the Global Experience Design team within McDonald’s Customer Experience (MCX), you’ll help lead the evolution and implementation of our multi-sensory design language across omnichannel experiences built for billions of customers and restaurant team members around the world.You’ll be a critical player in the newly established Foundations group within XD (consisting of accessibility, design systems, and UX writing teams), reporting to the group director and collaborating closely with other leaders throughout the product and design organization.Benefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $149,260-$190,310
