Senior Experience Design Lead. Accessibility

As part of the Global Experience Design team within McDonald’s Customer Experience (MCX), you’ll help us make sure our omnichannel experiences feel good and work great for the greatest number of people around the world.You’ll design and lead a new program of advocacy, education and systems that empowers our product teams to develop, deliver and deploy best-in-class experiences for customers and crew of all abilities.You’ll report into the Director of XD Foundations (a group consisting of accessibility, design systems, and UX writing teams) and be a highly cross-disciplinary leader who works closely with product managers, experience designers, and engineers.Benefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $149,260-$190,310
