McDonald’s currently has an exciting opportunity for a versatile individual to join the newly formed Workplace Investigations Team. This position is responsible for conducting workplace misconduct investigations under the supervision of the Workplace Investigations Team, and giving to continued culture change throughout our organization. This role will be a member of the Global Labor and Employment Team, and partner closely with other Legal Teams, US HR Team and Center HR Team.In this role, you will:Complete detailed, thorough, and high-quality investigations into low/medium complexity cases from start to finish, including conducting interviews, reviewing data and documents, preparing reports, consulting attorneys, and engaging with the business.Assist more senior investigators with medium/high complexity cases, which could include scheduling and conducting interviews, reviewing data and documents, preparing reports, consulting attorneys, and engaging with the business.Leverage a consistent framework to recommend action outcomes.Collaborate with other team members to refine or improve Workplace Investigations Team processes.Display strong time-management skills with the ability to identify and efficiently prioritize critical and/or sensitive investigationsPromote diversity and inclusion in the department and team and encourage the sharing of diverse opinions and concerns.Cultivate a culture of trust, values, respect, and accountability within the team.Up to 25% travel required.Benefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050 – 108,810 / per year
