As a Business Experience Planning and Administration Specialist Senior within PNC's Business Unit Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Supports one or more business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.

Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.

Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives. Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives.

Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.

Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.

Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the job

Within the range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
