Commercial construction project manager / estimator

Commercial Contractor seeking senior project manager for project coordination and executive and procurement functions.

Must have extensive experience in commercial building, budgets and day to day jobsite controls, dealing with field management.

Estimating takeoffs and blueprint reading a must.

Vendor and sub contractor PO's, COI's and day to day vendor coordinations

Master file inputs through Sharepoint programs.

Client friendly and a strong work drive.

Extensive amount of work forward in both Chicago market and other markets.
