Equipment Manager for a Remote-Controlled Mower Distributor

Green Climber of North America Inc. Is the USA distributor for a variety of remote-controlled lawn mowers. After 10 Years of business, we have become a recognized force in remote mowers. These industrial grade units are used for:

- Fire Mitigation

- Roadside Maintenance

- Right-of-Ways

- Solar Farms

- Steep Terrain Management

We are seeking an Equipment Manager to oversee all aspects of Equipment Distribution & Equipment Quality Control. This includes managing incoming and outgoing shipments. Tracking units as they are sold and registered for warranty. Overseeing End User Satisfaction. The following candidate would have the following skills:

- A MUST: Detailed Experience in Equipment: Sales, Distribution, Customer Support and/or Service

- Detailed experience in and ERP system, specifically Netsuites

- Detailed Experience in Office Programs: Excel, Outlook, Scheduling, Ect.

- Extreme Attention to Detail

- Extremely Organized

- Not afraid to make a Phone Call

Tasks for The Equipment Manager Include:

- Coordinating and tracking all aspects of international shipments from Original Equipment Manufacturer to Green Climber N.A.

- Managing and monitoring Equipment Inventory and Serial Numbers

- Managing Equipment pricing to ensuring proper margins

- Working with Sales staff to execute Inventory Projections

- Overseeing Equipment Rentals, Demo Units and Loaners

- Monitoring all active Purchase Orders for Equipment

- Submitting Equipment Orders to Green Climber’s OEMs

- Overseeing that all outgoing units are fully equipped with Supporting Paperwork and Parts.

- Registering units for Warranty when sold.

- Performing Follow up Calls with Receiving Users
