House Cleaning for Real Estate/Property Management Company- Oahu

This is a family owned and operated, local real estate sales & property management brokerage, with offices on Oahu & the Big Island. We buy, sell and manage our clients primary homes, vacation homes and investment properties. Our Oahu office in located in Honolulu but we work with all properties on Oahu.

Role Description

This is a part-time role to start, for a professional cleaner, in the homes we sell and manage, on the Island of Oahu. This professional cleaner will be responsible for performing cleaning duties in residential properties, including move out cleans of vacant and furnished rental properties. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. This home cleaner will work onsite at properties on Oahu only. Days and hours of employment are somewhat flexible. Hourly rate depends on experience, first 90 days of employment (introductory period) starts at $25/hour. Employee will also receive mileage reimbursement, for using their own vehicle and will qualify for (profit sharing) distributions, into their own IRA, after 3 years of employment. Position may turn into a full-time one, with medical coverage, paid sick days, paid vacation, paid holidays, etc. and there is a possibly of advancement to an assistant to the company broker and/or senior property manager. This move to full-time would only be if the employee is interested, and is not mandatory.

Qualifications

Prior experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices

Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning instructions

Good time management & organizational skills

Ability to work independently

Have a valid drivers license, auto insurance and a reliable vehicle
