Mitigation Technician — Oahu

We’re looking for an experienced Mitigation Technician to support active and incoming work on Oahu. This role is ideal for someone who knows mitigation work, takes pride in doing things right, and values clear communication and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

Perform water mitigation services including equipment setup, monitoring, and removal

Document job progress with photos and moisture readings

Follow established industry standards and company procedures

Communicate clearly with the office and field leadership

What We’re Looking For

Prior mitigation experience required

Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Open to part-time or flexible scheduling

Compensation

$25–$40/hour, depending on experience
