Support Staff – Gather on Maui (Wailea)

Gather on Maui is hiring support staff to join our front-of-house team. This hybrid position includes food running, bussing, and hosting duties — ideal for someone who’s adaptable, energetic, and ready to support both guests and teammates.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism

Run food and assist servers to ensure timely, polished service

Clear and reset tables quickly and cleanly

Help maintain flow and cleanliness throughout service

Communicate with hosts, servers, and kitchen to keep things moving

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, polished, and guest-focused

Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment

Able to carry trays and lift up to 30 lbs

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated team members
