Monday-Friday. 700-400pm

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop

Lead and motivate a team of baristas and staff

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels

Monitor and improve food and beverage quality

Handle staff scheduling, training, and development

Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Assist in marketing and promotional activities to increase foot traffic

Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution

Track sales and manage the shop's budget effectively

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a coffee shop or similar environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment (preferred)

Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer service
