Safety Staffing: Placing qualified and experienced safety professionals (managers, technicians, coordinators) within client organizations.

Safety Management & Consulting: Providing tailored solutions for policy creation, risk analysis, accident investigation, and ongoing program support.

Position Summary:

The Safety Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new sales of safety staffing and consulting services to businesses across the United States. This role will involve identifying and prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for safety, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients in the target market.

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies.

Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.

Attend industry conferences and trade shows.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:
