Maintenance Technician Needed

We are a growing Construction Company in the Metro Atlanta area that specializes in the maintenance and renovations of houses. We are looking for honest, hardworking people that have construction and customer service experience to be a maintenance technician. We have several positions open within our company, as it is steadily growing.

Some requirements:

- Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel to job sites in the metro area.

- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Must own some hand tools

- Have experience working maintenance on occupied residencies

- Have knowledge of painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical and small repairs on residential homes

- Must be able to correspond daily via email, such as sending in pictures of work completed, at the end of each job daily

- Must have great customer service skills since you will be working in occupied residences

- Must be able to correspond daily via email, such as sending in pictures of work completed. This will require a smartphone and decent service
