Hotel HVAC Maintenance Technician, Up to $25 per hour

Immediate employment opportunity.

The HVAC Maintenance Technician will be part of the maintenance/engineering department which is responsible for the repairs, maintenance and proper functioning of hotel property, facilities, and equipment. Includes HVAC systems, components, and other building systems and maintenance tasks.

2 years experience in maintenance / engineering / facilities.

1 year experience in a similar job in the hospitality industry is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.

EPA certification required.

Experience troubleshooting and repair of Heat Pumps is required.

Experience with compressor change outs is required.
