We are accepting applications and resumes for a highly skilled Maintenance Technician who:

has HVAC experience and is EPA certified,

is knowledgeable of appliance repair (ranges, dishwashers, refrigerators, washers & dryers),

is proficient with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, cabinetry and tile work,

is a skilled painter with drywall repair experience,

is willing to participate in the on-call rotation to respond to emergencies after hours (nights, weekends, and holidays),

has experience with make-readys/punch-outs and service requests,

has own tools, a valid drivers license and reliable transportation,

is a team player and is customer service oriented with a strong attention to detail.
