We are seeking a dependable apartment maintenance contractor for part-time work. We’re a growing company, and we want someone who can grow with us — someone steady, capable, and ready to jump on jobs as they come in.

About the Work

You’ll handle general repairs, light plumbing and electrical, painting, patching, make-ready work, and the usual apartment odds and ends. Sometimes things pop up fast — leaks, lock issues, emergencies — and we need someone who can respond when needed and keep things moving.

Pay & Schedule

$25/hr

Independent Contractor

Part-time to start, but hours will increase as our property portfolio grows. If you show up and do clean work, you’ll stay busy.
