We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Office Dispatch and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is central to our operations, providing support to both our customers and technicians.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and emails from customers, providing information and assistance with inquiries.

Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and technician assignments.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and support.

Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Assist in handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.

Help maintain office organization and manage administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.

Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, or administrative support is an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.

Proficient in using computer software and office equipment.

Familiarity with HVAC services and terminology is a plus.
