Receptionist

We are looking for a full time, non smoking receptionist. We are located in the heart of Carrollwood just off of N Dale Mabry and Fletcher.

Responsibilities

Handle and coordinate active calendar

Schedule and confirm meeting in person and via zoom

Ensure file organization based on office protocol

Answer phones

Set up for meetings and luncheons

Order office supplies

Greet and welcome visitors

Looking for someone who lives close by and has reliable transportation.

Start date is April 29th.

Workdays are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
