On-Site Maintenance Tech for Apartment Community

Timber Chase Apartments is looking to hire an On-Site Maintenance Technician who:

- has electrical and plumbing skills,

- can paint and repair drywall,

- has experience with punch-outs/turn-overs and work orders/maintenance requests,

- has general knowledge of appliance repair,

- can maintain HVAC systems.

Experience in the property management or multi-family/apartment industry is a plus.

If this is you, you must:

- be willing to participate in the on-call rotation,

- have your own tools,

- possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation,

- be a team player!
