On-Site Maintenance Tech for Apartment Complex

Immediate opening at apartment community for someone with general maintenance skills.

The position requires painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and HVAC experience to complete work orders/maintenance requests and to perform turnovers/punch-outs of apartments.

Previous experience in the property management industry is a plus.

This is a full-time position and requires participating in the on-call rotation.
