Shop maintenance person

Looking for a person to maintain our 9.5 acre property. A lot of it is pavement/concrete, however there are grassy areas that need edged, weedeated and mowed. When the grass is not growing, there are plenty of other things that can be cleaned up and taken care of.

Must be a self motivated person who does not need to be micro managed, who can be given a list of things that need done and get them done in a timely manner.

Must know how to properly operate lawn equipment

Position can be part time or full time.
