Handyman / Maintenance Tech - Make Your Own Schedule - Pay Per Job

Seeking a skilled handyman/maintenance technician who wants to supplement income with part-time work, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role within 2 months depending on skill and maintenance demand. You’ll be responsible for traveling within your local area to complete jobs and provide free estimates. Pay is per job.

Requirements:

● Must know English fluently

● Have your own tools

● Have your own vehicle for transporting tools and materials

● Have a valid driver's license

● Have and know how to use a smart phone

● Be able to create your own schedule and manage your time

● Have great work ethic and aim to please the customer above all

● Be physically able to do various handyman jobs and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Required Skills:

● Drywall and ceiling repair

● Light electrical (e.g., replacing ceiling fans, light fixtures)

● Light plumbing (e.g., replacing flush valves, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals)

Bonus Skills (preferred but not required):

● Laminate flooring

● Tiling

● Painting

● Furniture assembly

● Water heater installation

● Concrete drilling

● Baseboard molding cutting/installation

● Gutter repair

● Exterior door and window repair or replacement
