We are looking for a competent part-time Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of our In-Home Care Agency in the Sarasota and Bradenton area.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and will assist the Operations Manager and Ownership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize office and assist the Operations Manager and Ownership.
- Answering phone calls in a timely and professional manner, taking messages, and responding to emails.
- Assist in updating employee records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Assist with making sure employees are up to date with training.
- Assist with scheduling and planning meetings and employee trainings.
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
- Resolve office-related issues and requests.
- Assist the Operations Manager and Ownership to ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with creating and maintaining employee schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in an office environment
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn the care management system in a timely manner
