Caribbean export business in Bradenton, FL providing a multitude of products to fill our customer needs. We are seeking a reliable office assistant who is proactive and skilled in multitasking. Ability to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient in general math and have reasonable computer knowledge and typing skills.

We are a drug and smoke free workplace.

DUTIES:

Researching customer requests and establishing pricing based on company guidelines.

Preparing customers quotations from our software and follow up on quotes.

Monitor emails and follow up as needed.

Procures products and prepares documents via purchase orders once a confirmed order has been received.

Prepare shipping documents and scheduling exportation.

Working knowledge of office equipment, copiers, scanners etc.

Answering telephones and responding to request as needed.

Monday thru Thursday 8 AM to 4 PM No weekend hours required

Starting Rate $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

All full time employees participate in profit sharing plan after 1 year.
