Punch Out Grade Foreman

WLW Construction Inc. is a well established Complete Site Development company serving the Central Florida market since 1991. WLW Construction Inc. is looking to add an experienced Punch Out Grade Foreman to add to our team.

Experience / knowledge required:

- Skid steer, wheel loader, bull dozer , mini excavator operation

- Small crew coordination / leadership

- Prepare / Grade for sidewalks

- Prepare / Grade for handicap ramps

- Finish grade open space , common areas, pond tracts, etc.

- Finish grade around sidewalks, and handicap ramps

- Coordinate with concrete crews

- Dress up projects for final approval

- Various finish grading for project completion

- Finish grade building pads

- Grade / prep for concrete driveways

- Fine grade work

- Finish dirt work

- Prep for sod, coordinate with sod installers

- Back fill curb

- Grade right of ways

- Install / Build construction entrances

- Grade Proficient

- Report Production

- Goal oriented / schedule driven

- Strong communication skills

- Read / Review Plan Sets

- GPS knowledge is helpful
