WLW Construction Inc. is a well established Complete Site Development company serving the Central Florida market since 1991. WLW Construction Inc. is looking to add an experienced Base / Grade Foreman to our team.

Experience / knowledge required:

- Motor grader operator ( John Deere 672, mostly )

- Crushed concrete & Limerock

- Soil stabilization

- Stringent string-line inspection

- Residential roads, as well as commercial parking lots

- Public Roads & ROWs

- Back-fill curb

- Prepare inlets

- Prepare handicap ramps & sidewalks

- Fine grade work

- Finish dirt work

- Prep for sod

- Monitor asphalt

- Grade proficient

- Report production

- Schedule testing & material deliveries

- Goal oriented / schedule driven
