VOTravelClub is hiring an experienced Sales Director to lead daily sales operations at our Orlando travel club storefront. This role is responsible for managing the sales team, overseeing tour flow, staffing and scheduling, inventory coordination, and driving consistent performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the on-site sales team in a high-volume travel club environment

Handle staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day sales floor execution

Coach, train, and hold the team accountable to performance expectations

Coordinate tour flow and inventory availability

Ensure professional standards, compliance, and guest experience

Report performance metrics and operational needs to ownership

Qualifications

Prior experience in travel club, vacation ownership, or timeshare sales leadership preferred

Proven ability to manage teams and close in a structured sales environment

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Comfortable working weekends and peak traffic days

Base pay + commission
