Vacation Counselor / Sales Rep – Travel Club (W-2)

VOTravelClub is hiring Vacation Counselors to consult with guests, explain travel club benefits, and close sales in a structured sales environment.

Responsibilities

Meet with qualified guests following the tour/presentation

Explain travel club membership benefits and options

Address questions and objections professionally

Close sales and complete required documentation

Follow company sales process and compliance standards

Qualifications

Prior travel club, vacation ownership, or timeshare sales experience preferred

Comfortable selling face-to-face

Strong communication and closing skills

Ability to work weekends and peak hours
